Delete your account

Write to privacy@agsolutionsone.com from the email address you sign in with, and say you want your account deleted.

In PalletCount

Open Account in the header, choose Delete my account and type your email address to confirm. Your sign-in is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If you are your company's only administrator, make someone else an administrator in Settings first, or write to us.

By email: what happens next

• A person at AG Solutions replies to confirm it is you and what you want removed.
• We delete your sign-in: your email address, your password (stored hashed, not readable) and the dates you signed up and last signed in.
• We tell you when it is done, and what, if anything, we could not remove and why.

If your employer set up your account

The purchase orders, invoices, items, costs, photos and other files you loaded belong to your company's workspace, not to you. Deleting your account does not remove them. If you only want your own access closed, say so in your message. Your company's administrator can also remove you from the workspace in Settings.

If you want a company's data deleted

Deleting a company's workspace is a decision for that company's owner. When a workspace is deleted its users lose access immediately, the data is kept for 14 days in case it has to be exported or restored, and after that it is permanently removed, uploaded invoice files and photos included. Write to the same address from the owner's email and we will start it.
