What this site collects, and why

Last updated October 17, 2026. This covers agsolutionsone.com and the apps at app.agsolutionsone.com, run by AG Solution Point LLC ("AG Solutions").

The short version

  • The website counts visits and clicks without cookies and without storing your IP address.
  • If you send an inquiry, we keep what you typed so we can reply.
  • If you have an account, your company's data stays in your company's workspace. We don't sell data or show ads.

When you visit the website

The site records which page was opened, which links and buttons on the public pages were clicked, the site you came from, whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer, and your country. That tells us which pages and apps people find useful.

It does this without cookies. The typefaces are served from this site, not from another company. Your IP address is not stored. The server turns it, together with the date and your browser type, into an anonymous number that changes every day, so a visit cannot be linked to you or followed from one day to the next. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded.

If a page stops working in your browser, or tries to load something from an address the site does not allow, the site records a short report so the fault can be found: the page, the error message or the address that was refused, and which browser and kind of device it happened on. It holds no name, no IP address and no cookie. With a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, your browser sends no report.

When you send an inquiry

The form stores your name, company, email, phone number if you give one, what you are interested in and your message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. It is kept until you ask for it to be deleted, or until it is no longer needed to deal with your inquiry.

When you have an account

  • Sign-in. Your email address, a password that is stored hashed, not in readable form, and when you signed up and last signed in.
  • Your company's data. The purchase orders, invoices, items, costs and other files you load into an app. They are kept in your company's workspace and can be seen by the people in your company who have that app, and by AG Solutions to run and support the service. Each company's data is held in its own set of database tables, apart from every other company's. When a company's workspace is deleted its users lose access immediately, the data is kept for 14 days in case it has to be exported or restored, and after that it is permanently removed, uploaded invoice files and photos included.
  • How the apps are used. A record when you open an app or do one of its main jobs, such as posting an invoice or exporting a file. It holds the action and a count, not the contents.
  • Error reports. When something fails, the site keeps a short report so it can be fixed: which app and page, the error message and, for a failure on our server, the account that was signed in. Quoted text, email addresses and long numbers are taken out of the message first, so the report is about the fault and not about what you typed or loaded.
  • Help requests. When you use the Help button in an app, we keep what you write, any screenshot you choose to attach, your account and company, and, to help find the problem, the page you were on, the app version, your browser type, your window size, the last few errors that page showed and the error reports recorded for your account in the hour before. Only AG Solutions can read all requests; you can read your own.
  • AI reading. When Landed Cost Studio reads an invoice, or PalletCount reads a photo, the file is sent to the AI service your company has connected in Settings, and only for that job. Your company chooses the service (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini), uses its own key and works under its own agreement with that provider, which decides what it keeps and whether it uses the file to train its models. AG Solutions does not supply an AI service for this. If your company has not connected one, the AI reader is off and you enter the details by hand. The first time you ask PalletCount to read a photo, it tells you this and asks you to continue. The site records how much AI processing each account used.
  • Photos and the camera. PalletCount opens your camera only when you tap a button that says so. Barcodes and QR codes are read on your own device. The photos you keep (of items, locations and counts) are stored in your company's workspace like its other data. Take them of stock and shelves, not of people.
  • Your own systems. If your company connects its ERP or its own AI service, the connection's address and account are kept, and its password or key is stored encrypted. The apps use them only to do what your company allowed on the connection, such as reading items, recording an approved count, or reading photos with your company's AI service, and only when one of your users asks for it.

Who helps run the site

These companies process data for AG Solutions so the site can work. Each has its own privacy terms.

  • Vercel hosts the website and apps, and keeps standard server logs.
  • Supabase holds the database, sign-in and uploaded files.
  • Cloudflare directs traffic for the domain.
  • Resend delivers AG Solutions' own alert emails about faults and Help requests. These say which app and page, the kind of problem and a short message, with email addresses taken out. They are sent only to AG Solutions.
  • Clueso plays the preview videos on the app tiles. A video loads from Clueso only after you press play on it.

An AI service your company connects itself in Settings is chosen by your company and works under your company's own agreement with it, so it is not listed here.

Data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising.

How long it is kept, and where

  • Visit counts. Kept without a fixed end date. They hold no name, no IP address and no cookie.
  • Inquiries. Kept until you ask for deletion or the inquiry is finished with.
  • Error reports. Removed after 90 days.
  • Help requests. Kept while the request is open and removed 12 months after it is closed, with any screenshot. They are also removed when your company's workspace is deleted.
  • Usage records. The record of which features were used and how much AI processing each account used is removed after 24 months.
  • Acceptances of the terms. The record that you accepted the terms, with the date and version, is kept while your account is open. When an account is deleted, your email address is taken off the record, and the record is removed 4 years after it was made.
  • Account and company data. Kept while the account is open. When a company's workspace is deleted, its data is removed after 14 days, as described above.
  • Where. AG Solutions is based in the United States. Information is processed there and wherever the companies listed above run their services, which may be outside your own country.

The apps are for business records. Do not load patient information, or other sensitive personal information about individuals, into them.

Your choices

In PalletCount you can delete your own sign-in yourself: open Account in the header and choose Delete my account. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information held about you, or to close your account. Write to privacy@agsolutionsone.com; the delete account page says what happens next. If your account was set up by your employer, some requests may need to go through them because the data is theirs.
