Terms of use

Last updated October 11, 2026. These terms cover agsolutionsone.com and the apps at app.agsolutionsone.com, run by AG Solution Point LLC ("AG Solutions"). By using the site or an app you agree to them. If your company has a signed agreement with AG Solutions, that agreement applies wherever it differs from these terms.

The short version

  • The apps are tools that help with your work. A person at your company checks the results before relying on them.
  • Figures the apps produce are estimates and calculations, not customs, tax, legal or accounting advice.
  • Your data stays yours. The software and the content of this site belong to AG Solutions.

Accounts

Accounts are set up for a company and the people it names. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell AG Solutions if you think someone else has used them. Your company decides who has access and is responsible for what is done under its accounts.

Your data

The files and records your company loads into an app remain your company's. You confirm that you have the right to load them. AG Solutions uses them only to run and support the service, as set out in the privacy notice.

The apps are for business records. Do not load patient information, payment card numbers, government identity numbers or other sensitive personal information about individuals.

What the apps produce

  • Estimates and calculations. Cost allocations, landed cost figures, cost estimates, simulations and counts are worked out from the data and settings you provide. They are only as good as that data. Check them before you post, quote or load them into another system.
  • Tariff codes and duty rates. Tariff lookups, suggested tariff codes and duty estimates come from published schedules and from the description of your items. A schedule can change or be out of date, and a suggested code is a starting point. They are not a customs classification, a binding ruling or customs advice. The importer is responsible for classification and for what is declared.
  • AI reading. Where an app reads an invoice or a photo with AI, the result can be wrong or incomplete. The app shows it to you so a person can confirm or correct it before it is used.
  • Files for your ERP. Export files are built to the layout you chose. Review them, and test in a non-production environment, before loading them into your ERP.

Nothing on this site or in the apps is legal, tax, customs, accounting or other professional advice. The white papers are general information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or apps: do not try to get into another company's data, interfere with the service, copy or reverse engineer the software, or use it to break the law.

Ownership

The software, the design and the content of this site belong to AG Solution Point LLC and are protected by copyright. No rights are given other than the right to use the site and the apps you have been given access to. The white papers may be read and shared in full and unchanged, with credit to AG Solutions.

Oracle, Java, MySQL, and NetSuite are registered trademarks of Oracle and/or its affiliates. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners. AG Solutions is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Availability and changes

AG Solutions works to keep the service running and correct, but it is provided as is and as available. Apps and features may change, be added or be withdrawn. Access may be suspended where these terms are broken or to protect the service.

Warranties and liability

To the extent the law allows, AG Solutions gives no warranty, express or implied, about the site or the apps, including that they are free of errors, fit for a particular purpose or always available.

To the extent the law allows, AG Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or duties, penalties or charges that arise from relying on output of the apps, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your company paid AG Solutions for the app concerned in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If you have an account, you are asked to accept the terms when you create it and again at sign-in after they change. Using the site or apps after a change means you accept the new terms.
