AG Solutions is the practice of Ashok Gupta: a consultant who has spent 22 years inside supply chain and finance systems, and who now builds the tools he kept wishing his clients had.
Ashok Gupta is the founder of AG Solution Point LLC and an Oracle Cloud ERP solution architect. Over two decades he has designed and delivered supply chain and finance systems for large organizations, working across procurement, manufacturing, cost management, order to cash, financials and project accounting.
His consulting work sits where business process meets system design. He leads solution design and design reviews, writes the functional specifications and key design decisions that implementation teams build from, and presents the trade-offs to executives in plain terms. He has a particular depth in order to cash and receivables, including deductions and settlements, and in cost accounting.
The same pattern showed up on project after project. The ERP ran the core process well, and an important piece of work around it stayed in spreadsheets: spreading freight and duty across purchase orders, estimating tariffs before a buying decision, reconciling what was planned with what was invoiced. AG Solutions now builds small applications for exactly those gaps. They stand beside the ERP, need no customization of it, and are offered alongside the consulting work.
